Air Quality Inspections
With safety always on the forefront of our minds, we believe Air Quality Inspections are just as important as any of our other services. These dangerous contaminants can cause a wide range of health problems for anyone who comes into contact with them. Before you buy or sell a home, it is crucial to have it inspected for these toxic hazards.
Things that will be recommended in order to improve the air quality in a structure would be to have the ducts in the HVAC cleaned out, new filters and air cleaning systems, odor reducers, and more. Understanding where the sources of these issues come from is a first important step into making sure the air you breathe is clean air.
Air Quality Inspection Process
Assess
When assessing your air quality, we make sure to check the sources where they start. Whether they are chemicals, particles or gasses, such as radon, mold, chlorine, lead, or formaldehyde, as examples. Having the right tools to assess for these issues allows us to begin the next steps right away.
Correct
After reviewing the results from the tests, we may make a number of recommendations in order to help improve the air quality of the structure. This may include things such as air filtration, odor reducers, and air cleaning systems, that improve air quality and eliminate indoor environmental concerns.
Maintain
The way to make sure that your air quality maintains the levels it needs to be, that you will want to schedule regular tests to make sure that the levels are not only improving, but staying where they need to so that in the future they don’t become dirt, and put you back at the beginning.
